"Mediocre for music, a waste for other audio" on by brooklynarthur
Pros: lightweight
Cons: Does not fully support audio formats advertised
Summary: This player is OK for portable music in mp3 format. However, for recorded books in wma then the player skips and will not fast forward or rewind. Miss something? You'll have to go back the the start of the section and let it player - for an hour or so, whatever it takes - to find your spot. I spent many hours on the phone with SanDisk tech support upgrading firmware and enhancing the bitrate of recorded books before they finally stopped wasting my time and told me that it doesn't work, never did. So there are a lot of ways that this device is a poor choice, for performance, applications and support. I suggest buyer beware.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!!!!!!!" on by prettygoris
Pros: NONE, NONE, NONE, NONE
Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS BAD
Summary: This piece of rubbish is an utter insult to my intelligence and contradicts everything that a free market stands for. In the technology world of survival of the fittest this thing should have been killed along time ago.
The head phones suck! It doesn't come with a user's manual. I can't figure out how to use the damn thing. It is not worth the frustration. I can't even find the music that was uploaded. I hope this business falls on it's face.
