"If only they provided better support for it"
Pros: It's a light, inexpensive, no fuss mp3 player that does what it's suppose to---most of the time.
Cons: It has this problem where it doesn't play some of the songs uploaded into it. I tried updating the firmware for it in hopes that it would fix it but that also didn't work.
