Pros: battery life a huge plus

Cons: software is the worst ever

Summary: I was so excited about the battery life and general appearance of the player ad Sony have a good reputation that it just never occured to me that they would supply such dreadful software with it.
It is impossible to use your own folder organisation to copy your songs across. it forces you to use its own alphabetical system which means you waste hours upon hours of re-organising groups of songs that you had already done. The software is ugly in appearance, badly organised and I miss the ability just to drag my mp3 files over and drop them in.
To sum up - I wish I had waited longer and researched it instead of buying one the moment they came out and trusting sony.
They do deserve a huge plus for the battery life though and if they ever supply a decent set of software to use with this device they will win a 10/10
