"Excellent basic unit"

Summary: I won an IPOD Shuffle in a raffle, but did not want it because it had no LCD screen and poor battery life. I read the reviews of the NW-E107 and decided it was the one I wanted. I have no regrets at all. The sound is ecellent, it is easy to use and it is small and light.
I had no problems with the software. I did not need to read a manual. It was/is intuitive and had decent speed. Do not listen to the Prima Donnas that do not like the interface for whatever reasons they have. It is fine.
If you want a basic easy to use reasonably priced unit this one is for you.
