"Volume buttons are quite Weak! The rest is Great!"
Pros: Sleek, fits in the watch/coin pouch of most pants, easy to control
Cons: Need to use proprietary software to transfer files, MP3's are masked and cannot be loaded from more than 1 computer unless you completely erase the device first, vol. buttons weak after 3 weeks usage!
Summary: I regret buying this player because of the cons I mentioned above. It is very practical to carry and very easy to control, but the proprietary software (SoundStage) and the weak volume buttons within a month of my purchase made me try and return it immediately.

My thoughts after using iPod Shuffle, Creative Muvo TX FM, and Sony E405
Pros
====
- Awesome sound. Killer bass and high frequency responses. (I'm pairing it with Sony's MDR-EX71 ear buds.)
- Very easy to learn user controls, even better than iPod Shuffle
- Eye-catching looks and won't wear out, again, like the Shuffle.
- 3 mins charging for 3 hrs of use, for a max of 50 hrs. One charge is enough to last me MORE THAN TWO WEEKS (!), with about 2 hrs of use everyday.
- Top-in-class display. Love that champagne bubble screensaver! (This device was supposed to resemble a perfume bottle, according to the Japanese designers..)
CONS
====
- SonicStage software does not display multiple languages.
- Does not read protected WMA files.
