Pros: Looks like a nice piece of hardware
Cons: No way will I tolerate the software
Summary: I am in the market for a fancy new MP3 player for jogging. I don't much want an iPod, so after hearing about this product it was at the top of my list. Then I read a description of how the required software usurps control of all media and dictates when and where it can be listened to, and the product fell clean off of my list.
