"Be Careful, MP3 restarts itself when static applied"
Pros: good sound quality
Cons: poor static immunity
Summary: Be careful with Sony MP3s. Sony probably did not do extensive ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) test to their MP3. I have similar MP3 (older model) that restarts itself when inserted into pocket of wool coat or hold with wool gloves. Device will still work, but restarts itself and FM radio tuned to 87.0 MHz.
