Pros: Nice, sturdy feel, pictures look great, great sound.

Cons: No bookmark function-a big drawback for audiobooks listeners.
Can't delete from player-have to be connected to computer.
Have to create playlists on computer, can't do it on player.

Summary: I'm just a basic user and can't comment on video really anything technical. I really like the player except having no bookmark is a big minus for me. I had done research and never read anywhere that it didn't have that. All the other mp3 players in our house have it. It's a pain if I listen to part of an audiobook, want to listen to some music, and then want to go back to the audiobook later. My memory isn't that good to remember where I left off. I'm just a basic user, but I thought that was a pretty basic function?? You also can't delete directly from the player. That's not a huge deal but can be a pain sometime. It's a nice player otherwise, easy to use, basic features, solid feel. My son's Creative Zen has loads of additional features though, bigger screen and I wish I had gotten another one just for the bookmark feature. I wish CNET had included that in their review.
