"Good sound - No experience with service"
Pros: Good sound, Has a radio
Cons: USB1- does not retain memory of last position - eats battery
Summary: I have not had any corrupted files yet. The reason I am writing this is - I find that Creative MUVO retains memory of where you were last time - even when you remove the battery. This is a great feature when you want to stop in the middle of an hour long lecture or a symphony etc. Also I found that the battery continues to discharge slowly. My solution - reverse the battery when not in use. But this is not acceptable as the MUVO does not eat battery when not in use. But Muvo has no radio. They are both USB1 - would prefer USB2 particularly for units greater than 1GB.
