Cons: IT's Junk!!!!! Check the web for this problem....dates back to 2008 Typical Microsoft crap.
Summary: Unit arrived with no obvious damage. However, I have installed it on three different fully updated and patched Windows systems. the first was anXP SP3 installation, second was a Windows Vista Home Premium system and the last was a Windows 7 SP1 system. All three exibited the same problem. The unit is recognized by windows and the driver successfully loads, device manager reports the device as operational. When the device is connected via the USB cable (Tried 2 different cables) the Zune software loads up but fails to detect any connected devices. The Error message that is displayed states READ ERROR: "The Zune Software can't access important data on your device. Try disconnecting it and reconnecting it. If the problem persists contact customer support." I am unable to upload / sync to the unit. it's basically a useless brick.
