"couldn't get software to work"
Pros: small, lightweight, attractive
Cons: I couldn't load anything (music, pics, video) on my zune because after 6 hours of trying to get their software to load on to my computer and without the software the zune is useless. I'm returningit!

"Zune Setup Connection Doesn't Connect"
Pros: After going through considerable frustration just activating the Zune, it works okay. I still can't connect Zune Setup on my laptop.
Cons: My objection to this product is the setup or activation which, is through a Zune website. After visiting this website and downloading an executable file, the setup would not connect for days with a message of 'Please try again later'.
