"So good I forgot about 2Gigs of itunes music for it"
Pros: Zune has an easier to naviagte interface than the ipods as well as nicer software on your desktop. The Fm tuner is a huge draw to us gym types who can link into the TVs easier. Great sound quality and WiFi suncing is top notch.
Cons: Plastic face is ok, the displays made me think ti would have the brushed face. Would have liked a larger screen but the one on it is bright and vibrant.

"Better than Zune 1, but still not as good as the ipod"
Pros: customizable, sharing improved, some video out, menus are smarter, fm radio, zune pad is cool, software updates as models progress, codec support widened
Cons: radio reception is poor, headphones are unreliable, menus are hard to scroll through, limited photo support, no games, no clock or extras, zune software is bad, slow, no disk use, smart playlists gone
