"Great Look but just doesn't get it."
Pros: Small, Great Looking menu and device
Cons: NO WMP Compatibility and there the same damn company
Summary: I returned the device and decided to keep my ZEN. Great looking device and menu. In fact, I think the size, shape, and look is the best out there. Apple messed up by going to a different shape. But I can't believe it won't work with Windows Media Player since the same company makes the device. It also won't work with Audible files. Good device if you want look and to be limited. If you want an all around device don't go with it.
