Pros: Prints Great. Copies easily. Network ready.
Cons: Scanner does not work with my desktop.
Summary: The rating I gave this unit reflects more on customer service than the product. The product is everything I wanted and at a good price point - IF it works. I have never been able to scan to my desktop computer. Brother tech support gave me a complete runaround during my three phone calls with them. They said I would get a call from second level tech support. I never got that call. They tried to fix the problem but gave up and refered me to the computer manufacturer who said, "Unfortunantly, this is outside our realm of support. However, I did do some searching on-line, and there are not many people that are happy with the installation of the software. . .your best course of action is either the Internet for a resolution, or Brother. The tech you were speaking with may have been at the end of their shift and wanted to leave."
