"Print Quality Failure- Black wouldn't print"
Pros: Don't know- didn't get past setup
Cons: Poor Print Quality at Setup- Poor Support
Summary: Didn't get past setup as unit wouldn't effectively print in black. Had missing lines- and attempted over 20 times. Bought new black ink cartridge, but still wouldn't print black effectively. Printed document- and has missing letters in the document. Not good- Poor Customer support. Didn't keep record of my call, and wanted me to redo all previous steps. I returned to Staples, which they were very helpful.
