Pros: Full featured, easy-to-use and set up, laser all-in-one for the price of ink-jet. Printing supplies should last considerably longer and be far more economical to operate than ink-jet, too. Cool for home office, small business. Bonus software.
Cons: Print quality is very good but not as excellent or crisp as a single function laser printer. The output tray is too small for regularly printing in large quantities, but it's okay for routine small stack.
Summary: It's the right price for your home office or small business.

Pros: Long lasting. Does everything that I need! I've printed almost 13,000 pages in 2 years (WOW!) and the drum is still going! Never had a single problem with this machine and it does everything for my design business I need!
Cons: A bit loud, but that could be where it is on my desk. Other than that its perfect!
Summary: I have been in business for 11 years now and this machine has done SO much for my website design and development company. I am constantly printing invoices for clients or scanning items for my record keeping or scanning a drawing I created for a client and this printer takes all of the knocks perfectly!
When I have to make a stack of copies the feeder works perfectly or I can do it on the flatbed. I have copied pages of books, I have scanned personal photos and they have come out perfectly!
Only thing I wish is this was a color multifunction, but for a black and white it does everything I need!

Pros: I own three MFC 7340's and one MFC 7840. I find them to be excellent all in ones. They are very durable, easy to setup and have solid software. I have purchased two refurbished and picked them up for only $129. Tough to beat at that price.
Cons: Takes a few seconds for the laser to warm up.
Summary: Unbeatable for features and quality!
