Cons: Single sheet feed is too sensitive - gives many unnecessary error messages. Terrible at printing business cards. Also gives error messages when trying to print envelopes. Does not print colors seen on monitor.

Summary: DO NOT BUY this piece of garbage, if you print your own business cards, or print envelopes. The single sheet feed is horrible. It always grabs the card stock crooked, and gives error messages that envelopes are too thick and can't print them. Have wasted more time with this machine - which is such a shame since I bought it for the beautiful, large 11" x 18" flatbed. It also does not print in the colors shown on screen. The text of our business cards are a standard green, but it prints this horrible ugly color of a cross between green and black. It also only accepts paper of 76 lb. or less, which was incredibly annoying since our existing supply of card stock was 80 lb. - so we had to go and buy all new card stock for this stupid machine.
