"Can't network properly with Macs running 10.5.6"
Pros: fast, quiet, good print quality
Cons: poor Mac compatibility - drivers are probably outdated
Summary: I should have read mtthwbrnd's review before I bought this printer - I also tore my hair our for a week trying to get this to network with Macs. Canon support was worthless - they suggested I buy a different router/switch.
Even using Windows computers on the network, the printer would not wake from sleep when sent jobs. I never got a Mac job to work - Canon needs to rewrite its drivers to work with Mac OS 10.5.X
