"I love this multifunction, it just can't be beat; features too many to name."
Pros: Viewer can be angled at different levels! Fast, simple setup instructions; Clear tanks to view ink levels
Cons: All plastic; tray extensions very flimsy; phone tech not trained yet;;no fax available
Summary: I did months of research & comparisons of multifunction printers & their features. This brand/model won hands down. It has all the features except a few minor ones of Canon's most costly multi-function,which is $200+ more. Prints fast and beautiful; ink tanks priced right!This printer has a very professional look to it with gray/smoky black colors; all buttons are at fingertip levels in front;one of the easiest printers I've ever set up! Couldn't be matched by any other company's multifunctions. The only other feature I could have wished for was fax capabilities.Despite all, it's the best out now.

have you tried refilling the ink tanks? I'm a bit concerned about buying new ones. In my canon i950, it is very easy to refill the ink tanks.
