    "This printer is junk, support is ridiculous, don't buy"

    Pros: If the prinyer does not work, and canon will not stand behind its product there are NO pros.

    Cons: paper jams, no support.

    Summary: Out of the box this printer would not feed paper, Jammed. After two hours with tech support Canon offered to send me a refurbished unit to replace the new one.(I paid for a NEW printer. I also could take this printer to canons authorized repair shop. Unacceptable.
    If you purchase this printer, be ready to handle these problems on your own. Bottom line, Canon DOES NOT stand behind its products.
    I would not buy any Canon product after this experence.
