Cons Once documents scanned the program to edit is not intuitive nor readily accessible. If anything you want printed is color you can't change to b&w. Cons One (very big) complaint - it GUZZLES ink!! 4 sets of ink in less than 1 ream (500 pages) of paper. 90% printing is text with color, 4% mid-quality graphics and 1% photos. Installs 2 apps for accessing the print functions - that's confusing.
