Cons Can NOT produce proper COPY of documents with margins less than 0.25 inches. Borderless copy doesn't help. Can't print from USB keys. Poorly designed USB slot barely fits average USB key. No document preview on copy and scan on the LCD like HP has. on by dgden | Read full review

Cons Printing is a little slow, but about average for inkjets. Ink cartridges are small, but I haven't had to change mine in the six months I've had it- so that's pretty good! on by scorp332211 | Read full review

Cons One (very big) complaint - it GUZZLES ink!! 4 sets of ink in less than 1 ream (500 pages) of paper. 90% printing is text with color, 4% mid-quality graphics and 1% photos. Tech Support says duplex uses more, but I've disabled this - see no change! on by adamsusa | Read full review

Cons Relatively slow printing, large footprint, network setup is terrible. on by vintagebrass | Read full review

Cons SLOW. 5-8 page/min to print plain text. Plus 20 sec start. Confirmed.
Installs 2 apps for accessing the print functions - that's confusing.
