Cons: none so far...recent purchase.
Summary: This is a recent purchase, but after the HP I had to box up and return after hours on the phone with tech support this printer is a dream. Easy to set up on both of my wireless pc's, which are both old by today's standards. Very good print quality. Scanner worked on the first try. I have not tried the fax yet, but like that there are several configurations for phone/fax setup. The feeder on top for copying makes the job so easy and it was as good as any I've used in any work environment. 4 separate ink cartridges and the Canons are not expensive...black 15.99 and color 13.99 at BB. No problems. Bless the Lord! Thank you Jesus.

I totally agree with you. I also tried the HP but it only worked half the time for me. So glad I returned it and replaced with the Canon. This MX 860 rocks.
