"Do not buy Dell printers" on by HP_Fan
Pros: Looks very nice
Cons: Jams a lot, Scanner died on me, smeers a lot, and eats up expencive ink cartrages.

Dell ink is expensive and DIFFICULT to get. Although they say you can order on line, we couldn't. Seems they forgot to install the proper software. Tried ordering via telephone. They got the address wrong, lied about the status of the package, told DHL to return the item, told me they would correct the address problem and DHL would deliver. NOT ! Still awaiting a credit to my checking account. I filed a Regulation E complaint with my bank. Everyone should do this if possible. Also, you CANNOT get a tel number for Corporate Hq in the USA. Does that tell you something???
