Pros: It prints, faxes, copies, scans SOMETIMES
Cons: The wireless unit does NOT work. The fax feature is terrible. Will not work on toner other than Dell. Online purchase of toner takes too much time or does not arrive. Scanning is messy(lines thru scan). Copying kept on defaulting to color.

"Errors in the fax mode. Has been replaced 5 times"
Pros: None. I did not find A one
Cons: Errors all the time, will not hold a conn to the network, has been replace 5 times with refurbished units. One that was sent did not work at all! Dell said they do not replace with refurbished equip but on the box it said refurbished.
