    Pros: Nice techinician. I dealed with two techinicians, one was gentlman and another one was lady. They both were very nice and patient.

    Cons: Very poor programming.

    Summary: Worst printer I've ever experienced. Wireless setup was very complicated. It took me 5 hrs with dell's techinicans in last 2 days to get it done.
