Pros: There is no pros to a product that is framed in horrible service
Cons: Dell charged me twice for the same product. Once for the product itself and the second time instead of a refund. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the situation after talking to 5 different internal Dell departments.
Summary: Don't use Dell. I would go with any other distributor before ever using Dell EVER again. This was the worst situation I have ever had to deal with as both an individual and a professional.
VERY poorly handled.
