"Good for school & work: copying, printing, and scanning" on by mwg069
Pros: Fast enough, easy to use, durable, lightweight, easy ink install, above average print quality. It is also nice to have the option to adjust the speed/quality of printing and what types of documents (i.e- banners, signs, invitations, etc...)
Cons: Can be a (black) ink guzzler if you don't utilize the printing speed/quality options, very important to install paper evenly bc it is paper jam sensitive, and that's about it for me.
Summary: THIS PRINTER DOES WORK WITH WINDOWS VISTA contrary to what is said in the article about it. Atleast all I had to do was plug it into my laptop and it pretty much automatically installed and updated the drivers via internet so I don't know why it is said that it only works on Windows XP and 2000? Furthermore, it's a good printer for a family or a personal work printer if you need something that does it all and is efficient.

"Find one that doesn't have paper feed problems" on by rolson01
Pros: It's an all in one
Cons: Too many to list
Summary: We went through 3 A960 printers within 14 months, all had the same paper feed problem. Would feed only to the right. Dell replaced the first two with no problem, but didn't handle the problem to our satisfaction with the third printer. Got a new all in one, but it's not a dell.

Cons: Print quality leaves something to be desired, but the worst problem by far is the fact the paper feeds terrible. Copies come out scewed or blurred, or jam in the copier. Dell not too good about resolving problem, and replacement printer they sent does e

"Excelent printer but let down by drivers" on
Pros: Fantastic unit, good quality, fast printing and scanning, ADF works brilliantly
Cons: Let down dramatically by absolutley diabolical driver software.. diffcult to get 1200dpi interpolation out of it. Would highly reccomend if not for awful drivers

"Incredable value" on
Pros: Functionality of $400 printer for the price of $150 Easy to use High quality for business purposes Great standalone functionality
Cons: Only Windows 2000 and XP supported Lexmark rebrand, so same disadvantages of cartridge refills as with Lexmarks
