Summary: after bringing the printer home i realize that the scanner is not working so i returned it back to the store for the same printer after a month i have problems with the paper automatically inserting itself it gets jammed at a angle so now i have to insert one paper at a time. now my problem is the scanner is not working doing the same thing as the first one. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRINTER!

Pros: None at all.
Cons: 1. Paper sometimes fed in at an angle
2. 2-sided printing never works. The paper feeder will churn out a few pieces of paper at the same time, I had to reprint a document 4 times and it never worked!
3. Often says "paper tray empty" and refuses to print!Summary: Do not buy this printer ever. Waste of your money.

Pros: None, doesn't pull in the paper to print, we are buying a new one today. We only paid $50 for it though, it looks like some other paid $100 or more. Do not buy this.
Cons: Doesn't print ever, maybe works 1 out of 10 times we try to print.

Pros: It looks nice.
Cons: 1) It uses tons of ink and the cartridges are really expensive.
2) It is defective - it refuses to print most of the time.
3) Dell support was useless. And they refused to take the printer back even when I said I'd pay extra for a better printer!Summary: Do not buy!

Cons: Not so nice to look at when it's not working .. which is often.
Summary: I truly wish I had checked the ratings and reviews before purchasing this printer with my hard earned money. The biggest problem is finding someone at Dell that can assist with technical support.
