Pros: I loved this printer. Slick style, great copies, photos, etc. And Cheap! Easy setup. Great customer/tech support (dell has terrible service for the computers!)
Cons: They replaced my 515 three times, no questions asked. They know they have a major prob with this printer, so why still selling it? It works for a couple weeks, and then you have to unplug...reload drivers..use a USB cord. It will not stay on network. All
Summary: Dell backed the 515 very well. I ended up with an upgraded printer. My fingers are crossed.
My warranty is up in three weeks.
I bet Dell will be happy to see me go!
