"Not as good as one may think"
Pros: Works great for about 4 months
Cons: 3 major componets have to be replaced at your cost
Summary: We had the Epson Aculaser CX11NF for 4 months before copies, faxes became unreadable. It turns out the 3 major working parts, Fuser, Photo Conductor, Development Unit have to be replaced within a year and every year after or less. Per the Epson customer service rep. These parts are considered consumables and are not covered under warranty and they run from $150 up to $275 each. They do not guarantee time limit on how long they will work before you have to replace them. Beware-this is right out criminal. We were never informed of this at time of purchase. We read the reviews and researched this printer and as you can see no one mentioned my expereince.
