Summary: I have owned this printer for a little over a year and I was very pleased with the quality of Text & Photo printing. The scanner is also of top quality. I was very underwhelmed with the lifespan of this unit. I have an old HP500c that is still connected to my sons computer and working fine after 8 years. I purchased Epson at the time because HP did not offer all the features that this model offered, was I WRONG! I took a chance and lost. I hope that the same wont happen to you.

I paid $89 at Fry's Outpost and paid $20 for a two year warranty. No deductible and if they can't fix it, I get a new one. Can't beat that for the price.
