"Great features, and fantastic ink capacity for the price"

Pros

Great ink capacity compared to others in this price class. Easy to setup/network.

Cons

Like most printers out there today it is somewhat cheaply made.

The price you pay per page and the overall features of a printer are two of the biggest factors in a printer purchase. The Hp 8600 series dominate in the ink jet class with the lowest cost per page but you have to buy a $200 machine. At $75 dollars for the machine you get a full set of ink (with the purchase) and a standard cartridge capacity that is double other models at this price. Most machines at this price are also not an AIO. Easy to setup and scans, copies and eprints with ZERO issues. Best for your dollar.

"Worst printer I've ever had!"

0.5 stars  | on by tiggernye2008

Pros

affordable ink, quick prints

Cons

Horrible photo prints, margins are all off, prints crooked, jams often!

Summary

where to begin? The first thing I tried to do was print vacation photos, the auto correct over-lightened them, so I re-printed with the auto correct off, and they were FAR darker than on my screen and the way they had printed on my old HP all in one!

where to begin? The first thing I tried to do was print vacation photos, the auto correct over-lightened them, so I re-printed with the auto correct off, and they were FAR darker than on my screen and the way they had printed on my old HP all in one!

Margins are constantly to be corrected, and now I'm trying to print business cards and no 2 prints are coming out the same from the same file! Some are too high, some too low, some crooked and I'm not changing ANY settings or elements of my file before printing!

FAIL!

None so far.
