"No double-sided printing on a "business" printer!!!"
1.0 starson by changstarrPros: None, it's a piece of crap.
Cons: Doesn't have a duplexer. Didn't realize it until I tested my first page.
Not an easy setup for CIS. (Continuous Ink System) Took me about an hour versus my HP which took about 10 minutes.Summary: I made a bad assumption that this would have double-sided printing. Since they were marketing this as a printer for business purposes. The name "WorkForce", I just assumed.
Anyways, I have a HP OfficeJet L7590. I just bought the WorkForce and it came a few days ago. The ink and the ink reservoirs came today. I set it up and it took forever. I had to run the ink lines in a certain position and feed it under a plastic piece and suck the air out of the cartridges. And it still doesn't print correctly. It was a different story with the HP. The cartridges are separated from the printer heads. So, the cartridges aren't moving around.I just filled the ink and that was it.
It doesn't meet the requirements for a business environment. Who really wants to manually flip the pages while you busy doing other things.

I don't know what printer you bought, but me and my wife just purchased this all- in-one and it works fine in duplex mode for us. You might want to go in to the menu and enable the 2 sided mode and then when you want to print 2-sided just chose it in your print options

Seems a shame to rate it a piece of crap because you admittedly made an assumption rather than doing the proper research. It's not fair to blame the product because of the user's inaction. Just return it and spend your valuable researching rather than venting.
