Cons Never been so frustrated with a piece of equipment. I have had to load and reload the drivers for this more times than I can count, and that doesn't even always do the trick. Drops the wireless connection constantly and will not reconnect without human intervention.

Cons continuously get the message that the extender arm is blocked. The extender arm is a bad design. If you want to print you will have to press OK to clear the error message which requires you to make a trip to the printer every time you send it a job. Cons where to start... when you open top to scan or copy entire top of printer opens. (revealing ink etc) which pauses everything. When you pull out the paper tray it moves the entire printer. Slow printing. Seems to use a lot of ink. on January 31, 2011 by PGHJonny  | Read full review
