Cons The quality of printing is poor. Lines over print each other. The paper jams. HP won't even help me. I called their tech support and they don't understand me. They even suggested I buy a reconditioned one from them. I emailed HP and they won't help.
Summary Avoid buying this one.

Cons The ink that came with it ran out after about 5-6 pages. The new $33 ink cartridge I bought cost over half of what I paid for the fax itself. If I had read the reviews first I might have gotten a different brand
Summary I would consider something with cheaper ink if I had it to do over. I'll be paying for this fax for years.

Summary I like that it's just a basic fax machine. No muss, no fuss. It has a small footprint which is great for my home office which is already a bit crowded. For the price range, it is what it is...a fax machine.
