Pros: fast, crsip clean print, easy to set up, lots of features
Cons: Faxing not reliable, if you need a reliable faxing device, pick out another machine. I have been on tech support often since I got the machine months ago, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. tech support unable to help after more than a dozen calls

Summary: Lousy software as soon as you plug this thing into your computer and you install the software, all kind of problems will start.
So basically this a copy machine.
I installed it on a Pavillion HP notebook and evern since, i'm having issues and hp "notebook" support is finger-pointing at the "printer" support and vice-versa. -

Pros: makes average laser copies.
Cons: Don't buy with intention of scanning.
Summary: Over 35 hours and 3 months of Tech Support could not fix thier scan problems. I am looking to replace the device, and am sorry I ever bought it. No HP products for me.
