"Good hardware shame about the software"
Pros: Solid, well built machine. Easy to operate as a printer only. Print quality is acceptable.
Cons: The software and support is junk. The Toolbox software that come with the 3020,3030 and 3380 is not worth the CD it comes in. It must have been written by a trainee in a couple of hours. If you want to scan & fax a few pages from your PC, expect to wa

"Great quality print- BAD RELIABILITY"
Pros: fast, crsip clean print, easy to set up, lots of features
Cons: Faxing not reliable, if you need a reliable faxing device, pick out another machine. I have been on tech support often since I got the machine months ago, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. tech support unable to help after more than a dozen calls
