    "Really bad scan software. After spending over 35 hours with HP Tech support they had no solution."

    Pros: makes average laser copies.

    Cons: Don't buy with intention of scanning.

    Summary: Over 35 hours and 3 months of Tech Support could not fix thier scan problems. I am looking to replace the device, and am sorry I ever bought it. No HP products for me.
