Pros: easy to use. very crisp.
Cons: scanner bulb takes to long to warm up. had this product two years and the scanner bulb went out.

"After only 1-1/2 yrs. the scanner broke!"
Pros: Great all-in-one piece.
Cons: After only owning the printer for 1-1/2 years, the scanner had to be replaced for $300! The printer costs us, $700! Definitely should have been covered under a longer warranty.
