"Piece of Junk"
Pros: None that I can think of. It doesn't work. It seems to be incompatible with Vista. Bad ratings all around the 'Net. Do not buy.
Cons: Won't print; goes to sleep & stays there. Won't scan. Won't FAX. Tech support-- awful. Tech support stated problem was the printer & offered to replace my 3-week old brand new printer with a used refurbished one. Irresponsible to the MAX.
Summary: Don't buy it. It doesn't work. HP tech support is based in India so they're impossible to understand. They'll offer to replace your brand new machine with a refurbished one after they can't fix the issues. The FAX header interface is the worst possible. HP used to have the best printers. Epson has garnered good reviews. Stay away from HP. They do not write their printer software FOR Vista; they attempt to make it "compatible," and they fail miserably at this.

Works fine on both Vista (32-bit and 64-bit) and Windows 7 (64-bit) for me - I've had the printer for over a year and it has always worked just fine on Vista, XP and now 7 using the Vista drivers and some minor adjustments to the installer.
Seems like a PEBKAC problem to me :-/
