Pros: Print speed is good

Cons: The first two machines were faulty and HP replaced them immediately. This is the third. We've had it for 16 months, (4 months past warr.) and the scanner has gone bad.

Summary: In addition to its being a faulty, poorly made product that has been repaired or replaced five times now, the controls are not intuitive: The copy button is small and oddly located so users unfamiliar with the copier stand there looking at it confused; the most obvious button is the red "cancel," and it is directly in the center, so most people press that one instead of "copy." It also goes through toner like LiLo thru vodka. My print supplier is mortified that he recommended this product to us and is trying to resolve the issue with HP - good luck on that. We are a two-person office, non-profit and we use if for two-sided printing and some copying, nothing too major.
