Summary: The keypad quit functioning less than 6 months after installation--fax, copier, scanner and printer all quit functioning. The toner cartridges are expensive--$150 + for XL toner: probably more cost effective to throw away and buy new AIO from another company. Support was less than desirable--(offshore phone support with poor sound quality and difficult to understand due to accent)--only one authorized repair center in my city and they refused to repair it. Was told the "its more cost effective to throw it away and buy a new printer". HP's response was that they have no control over authorized service centers as they only certify training. Other HP warranty options are send to them (at your cost) for repair with unknown length of time or prepay having a re-conditioned sent and then shipping defective one to them. For premium purchase cost and expensive toner--not worth the trouble.
