Pros: There is nothing positive I can say about our experience with this product.
Cons: We've gone through 3 of these. 1st: Stuck on Scanner Error; 2nd: Defective ethernet cable port; 3rd:No paper pickup. HP has the nerve to offer sending us a 4th one as a way to solve the problem!! I think it's safe to say THIS IS A DEFECTIVE MODEL.
Summary: This model is unreliable. Do not waste your time and money. HP Support has been quite frustrating to work with. Our problem is still unresolved and it started in December of 2009. To top it off, we accidentally misplaced the 1st printer and returned it months later after we finally found it- HP charged us $578 for returning it late, even though they admit to having received it. So we have no working printer and we're out $578, plus $50 for each time we had a replacement shipped and the money we originally paid for it. Incredibly unfair and unreasonable on HP's behalf.
