Pros: Computer to printer speed good

Cons: We bought 2 of these printers and trashed them both in less than 2 yrs - both of their paper feeders failed - we fixed one of them once, but cost as about as much as a new printer.

Summary: I have a 15 year old HP that still works - which is why I am drawn to buy HP, but my experience over the past 2 1/2 yrs has been that HP printers are now junk. After trashing these 2 printers we replaced them with the CM2320NF and now after only 7 months they now have to be replaced. Both printers began dumping toner all over the documents and faxes. After replacing the toner units (very expensive) the problem continued. Printer made loud noises during its cleaning, initializing and callibrating cycles then immedicatly dumped toner all over the copies, faxes and print jobs. They are nothing but expensive junk. I could not be more disappointed in a company I once raved about.
