"OfficeMax sold me this unit as a wireless."
on by xxxeniPros Unknown or none as I never got a chance to use it!
Cons "Instruction manual" is a joke (lacking reasonable directions), mostly mute, just diagrams, pictures, instead of text. Paper tray is a joke and is exposed to dust. Build is shabby. Cartridge is so small and cartridge "loft" is very hard to open!
Summary OfficeMax sold me this unit as a wireless. After a 30 minute wait to get HP support (I got lucky getting a Canadian support to talk to me) they told me that this is NOT a wireless printer. OFFICEMAX screwed me up on this one even if I kept repeating to the sales people that I needed a completely wireless printer. This unit feels cheap and unreliable. Already wanted to return it even without realizing this was not a wireless printer because the instructions are totally lacking and the support is hard to reach and a lot of these overseas people have some strong issues! They are angry and frustrated, they waste your time and they feel pleasure doing that as it seems. "Instruction manual" is a joke and mostly mute, just diagrams, pictures, instead of text. Not a word that would mention that manuals are now online and on what URL address are they located at? What's that heavy thing that wraps around a cab;e and which cable is that supposed to wrap around? No word, just diagram that is very lacking. No more HP for me.

Cons IT'S LOUDER THAN A NORMAL PRINTER, BUT IT'S NOT BAD!!! THE ONLY OTHER THING IS HP'S CUST. SVC IS AT IT'S WORST!!!!
Summary AS I SAID ABOVE, IT'S A WINNER!!!! I CAN'T REALLY SAY ANYTHING EXCEPT IT'S THE BEST PRINTER I'VE EVER OWNED!!!!
