Pros: nice price, multiple function
Cons: continuous paper jams
Summary: I have owned nothing but HP printers and have been very happy. I bought this model yesterday without hesitation. I am taking it back today. The print quality is great when it prints. I have to clear 2 paper jams for every page that prints. If the paper doesn't jam, the ink carridge will.
Terrible reliability!!

This unit works great and I'm still waiting for my first paper jam. It replaces a Canon P.O.S. model where you couldn't even read the output. Don't let one technically challenged user scare you away from this great product.

Need I say more. I totally agree with BarryRX's review. I use one at work and it jams about every 2-3 pages. It's very counterproductive. Don't waste your time.

I have 6 of these in the office and i have never ever had any problems with them. You must have bought a lemon. no reason to dump HP, considering they are making the top printers of this nature.

It jammed on me too until I figured out that I was pushing the paper in too far. Push it in until you feel the first resistance.
