"I was 3 months out of warranty, and HP had offered no free help to fix a known problem."
Pros: Absolutely NONE.
Cons: The known problem is that if the scanner glass is dirty, the whole damn thing will not initialize so you cannot use the 6110 for anything. Luckily, I found out how to remove the glass by googling so that I could clean the bottom of the glass. That fixed t
