"Lots of software and scanner problems, this is not ready for prime time"
Pros: good fax and document handler, nice print quality
Cons: Scanner disconnects, software needs to be re-installed, no support for Adobe 7.0, software has fewer features than the previous PSC 950 and is cumbersome to boot

Pros: Panel easy to use. Legal size glass bed.
Cons: I had an HP85xi, which I loved. Finally died after 3 years. The 7310 is much slower - even tho the specs say it is comparable. The killer was a copy of 4 black and white print pages that took 12 min - 3 per pg to pring normal quality, plain paper copies

"THE WORST customer support ever!"
Pros: This might have been a good machine for my home office needs. Seemed like it should have been easy to install and use.
Cons: The automatic document feeder did not work right out of the box. Calls to customer service were long drawn out calls lasting 30-45 minutes with a rep who a) did not have a full grasp of the machine, b) who's English was difficult to understand and c) sent
