Pros: Fixes many frustrating things about prior HP multifunctions: individual color ink supplies, duplex copying, duplex ADF, simple scanning to PDF from the unit rather than from clunky "Director" software.
Cons: Unusually poor design for an HP product. Unit hangs like a computer and even the power button won't work -- must unplug to reset. Digital sender has a limit of 13 characters for the SMTP account -- if yours requires more, you can't use that feature, per
