"Retiring it after 5 years of outstanding service."
Pros: I've used it for over 5 years. It does everything you would need in a small office or a home office. Fax, print, scan, duplex print, copy.
Cons: It's big, heavy, and loud. It can be a real challenge to unjam paper. The ink cartridges have gotten expensive.
Summary: 5 years of dependable daily service is excellent in today's world of ever changing technology. I got more than my money's worth with the d145, and will now replace it with a more modern HP Officejet.
