    "Print head nightmare"

    Pros: Many features (duplex, scan, document feeder, 2 paper feeds)

    Cons: Printing develops problems - print heads, alignment, etc

    Summary: Printing is average and maintenance is very poor. My machine looks brand new as I take great care with equipment, but it is not worth the $150 in ink and print heads to get it going again.

    Ink is also expensive. I'm going with another manufacturer next time.
